WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All Swingarms will be processed within 1-2 weeks (unless otherwise stated).
All other orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking # and confirmation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day manufacturer defect return guarantee through a replacement of the product (I.e. Swingarms, stems and any other product we fabricate.) Manufacturer defects of the product we do not manufacture will need to be dealt with through the manufacturer only.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail or UPS ground. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and will require extra shipping charges.
ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?
No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping and taxes for the USA. If you order outside of North America you might have additional duties and taxes.
